OOPEGG Guitars are hand crafted in Japan by a small team of luthiers with an eye for design. From the moment you pick up this instrument it's clear that OOPEGG takes their craft very seriously. The feel, playability, tones and build quality are all top-notch.
The Trailbreaker MK-I reminds us a lot of the retro-style, vintage Japanese built guitars from the 1960's; with their unique switching options, offset body design and vibrato system. The major difference is in the superior build quality and modern day features, making them versatile and gig ready guitars right out of the case.
This particular MK-I features three pickups by Magneto Design Lab in North Carolina; 1 Power-90 neck pickup, a hot single-coil Strat-like middle pickup and a crisp and full sounding medium output humbucker in the bridge. You also have some of the best hardware around. A steel saddle bridge by Halon in Greece and a vibrato by Descendant in the US.
