Shipping policy

Shipping within the UK on all guitars and amps is via a tracked and signed for service and your goods are insured to their full amount. If you would like an item to be shipped outside of the UK then please contact us to provide details.

All orders are shipped complete. We will hold all products ordered until we are able to ship the entire order at once.

Same Day Shipping

We ship all orders as soon as possible and same day if the order is placed before MIDDAY GMT on any weekday.

Transit Time

1-3 business days.

Damage & Loss

All purchased goods are tested to ensure that they are functioning correctly and quality checked before shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Fees and Duty

All import fees, local taxes and duty are the responsibility of the purchaser. Windmill Guitars Ltd will not be held responsible for any duty or fees applicable on your order. Non payment of these fees may result in cancellation and return of your order - in which case the cost of return shipping and restocking will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
